Linda Maney and Missy Storrow are mostly self-taught artists who display their work collectively and independently throughout Vermont. Linda has studied under locally-and-nationally-known teachers, and Missy has studied with Watercolorist Lawrence Goldsmith, among others. Their combined work in "Textural Abstracts"
creates a vibrant and quirky relationship that play off each of their creative natures.
Linda and Missy currently reside in Roxbury and Calais, respectively. Their combined show; “Textural Abstracts” explores both abstract expressionism and semi-realism to evoke the viewers visual tastes and allow one’s own interpretations to evolve. Their collections are on view at The Green Bean Visual Art Gallery @ Capitol Grounds April 29th to June 2nd. Please join us for our Closing Reception on Saturday, June 2nd.
